What is an "interaction"?

An "interaction" is defined when a coupon is opened through the web via web view or through an API call.

If a user opens, claims, saves and/or validates a coupon, this only counts as 1 user interaction.

Examples)

1.) A user opens and claims the coupon = 1 interaction.

2.) A user opens, claims and validates the coupon = 1 interaction.

3.) A loyalty card user has received points or stamps = 1 interaction.

Keep in mind:

- We do not calculate a "user interaction" when a bot visits the coupon (Google crawler or Facebook crawler).

- User interactions will not add up if someone tries to refresh the page of the coupon link multiple times.

- All user interactions will, by default, reset on the first day of every month.
