Claims vs. Validations

A "Claim" occurs when a customer claims your offer by clicking or tapping on the "Claim Offer" [insert your text here] button.

A "Validation" occurs when a Staff member or Business Owner validates a customers offer/reward/loyalty card. There are multiple ways to validate offers.
