How to setup Campaign Expiration Dates
All campaigns MUST HAVE an expiration date before they can be published.
There are 3 types of expiration dates:
1.) Fixed Expiration Date.
This is a fixed date in the future that your offer will expire. After this date your offer will not be available to claim.
2.) Flexible Expiration Date
A flexible expiration date works differently than a fixed expiration date. A flexible expiration date is based upon when someone first opened your digital coupon.
Example) You set up a flexible expiration date for 1 month. If a customer opens/claims the offer on March 1st, the coupon expires 1 month later, on April 1st (no fooling! ;P).
3.) Advanced Expiration Date
This option is similar to the Flexible Expiration Date option.
The offer remains valid for a specific time (multiple options, see below) after the customer claimed the offer.
Example) If you set up a validity time of 1 month, the cusromer has 1 month to redeem the coupon. After the month, the coupon will be expired and unavailable.
Advanced Expiration Date options:
- until the coupon expires (uses Fixed Expiration Date settings)
- until the end of the day
- 5/10/30/60/120 mins
- 1/2/3/7/14/30/45 days
- 2/3/4/5/6/12 months
