How do prize limitations and odds calculations work?

All gamified campaigns include the option to customize both prize limitations and odds calculations.

Each reward (prize) can both a Max Winners value, and a winnings percentage of your choosing.

Example) If you setup a prize with a 10% chance of winning the first prize and 30% chance to win the 2nd prize; the results are based on those chances.

So, in theory, if 100 customers play the gamified campaign you should have approximately 10 winners for the first prize, and 30 winners for the 2nd prize.

You can also limit how many winners there can be for each reward (prize) by setting up a max. amount of winners. However, if that rewards' max. winner limit is reached, then that specific reward is taken out of the program.

This is especially helpful for campaigns that include "grand prizes" or tiered-discounts (10% off/20% off/50% off etc.).
